I'm a 2x Ironman finisher and I've completed countless marathons and other triathlons. When I'm not training, I'm baking with my daughter or hiking with my pups. Training is a way I can improve my fitness, become stronger and live each day with confidence. I want everyone to feel the same.
I want to provide you the tools and knowledge to succeed. Here is what you can expect when joining my virtual group coaching program:
3 strength workouts using dumbbells and 1 optional metabolic conditioning workout weekly
You will have access to all of your workouts, training history and messaging with me.
I will provide resources on how to program your training week if you want to also do other sports like running, cycling, triathlon, etc.

You and I will meet virtually once a week for support, guidance and motivation.
